⚠️ Experimental — This resource is part of the Guild platform and may change in future releases.
Manages a remediation pattern — a reusable template for incident remediation with risk controls.
Set approve to true to promote draft or deprecated versions to approved after apply (Guild only allows one approved version per pattern; approving deprecates the previously approved one), matching sg_workflow.
Create-time 409 adoption is controlled by the provider attribute adopt_on_conflict (default true).

Import an existing sg_remediation_pattern using its name:
terraform import sg_remediation_pattern.example 'restart-service'
name (String) Unique remediation pattern name. Changing forces replacement.risk_level (String) Risk level (e.g. low or medium or high or critical).approve (Boolean) When true, promotes the remediation pattern version after create or update via the Guild approve API (draft or deprecated → approved) so operators do not need the UI. Omit or set to false to leave non-approved versions pending. No-op when the version is already approved; the API returns 400 if approve is called again.blast_radius (String) Expected blast radius of this remediation.description (String) Human-readable description.requires_approval (Boolean) Whether this pattern requires manual approval before execution.id (String) Server-assigned identifier.status (String) Current status.version (Number) Integer version of the remediation pattern. Managed by the server: starts at 1 on create and auto-increments when a new draft is created during an update.
